This information is current as of March 17, 2008. Summer Session statistics will be included in a Fall update. Current semester listed is on-going, and cannot be used as an accurate indication of future totals. Once the semester is completed, the totals will be updated to reflect accurate numbers.
KEY:

Pending: Pending indicates cases and percentage of the total that are currently under investigation but have not yet been scheduled for Judicial Panel. Also, pending cases from previous semesters often exist due to submissions of reports at the end of semesters (final exam cases). Also, Summer session cases are listed but will be heard during the Fall semester.

Guilty: Number of cases and percentage of the total that have been found guilty of a violation of the Honor Code.

Not Guilty: Number of cases and percentage of the total that have been found not guilty of a violation of the Honor Code.

Dropped/Mistrial: Number of cases and percentage of the total that have been dropped due to lack of evidence, or declared to be a mispanel due to incomplete panels, misconduct, or other reasons.

Total: Global totals for each term, and TOTAL for all categories.
